Can I access my e-mails through webmail?

Solution We do provide a basic webmail service for you to conveniently access your e-mails when you may not have access to your normal computer or need e-mails on the move.
All e-mail accounts e-mails can be accessed through our Horde Webmail Client. This can be found by going to http://webmail.whitehosting.co.uk

The website will ask what server you are using ‘POP3 Server’ or ‘IMAP Server’ the majority of customers normally use the ‘POP3 Server’ unless you know that have setup your accounts in Outlook or another mail account to use ‘IMAP Server’ service.

Your username is simply your full e-mail address. This is normally yourname@yourwebsite.com. The password is the password that you have setup for the particular mail account. You can also change the language from the default of English if you require to do so. Simply click ‘Log In’ to be taken to your Inbox.

If you are requested to perform maintenance we recommend clicking ‘Skip Maintenance’. If you perform the maintenance task, this will delete all e-mail attachments from six months or more, however this is sometimes a useful feature to gain more mailbox space.
